Learn how to make tasty gluten-free, vegan kimchi!
Join us and Jacquie, the founder of Sonyo Food Co. in a hands-on workshop making kimchi from scratch and take away tips to help you make it at home like a pro.
Sonyo means granddaughter in Korean. "To me, it's the continuation of tradition through a new generation. My grandmother taught me how to make kimchi and her grandmother before her. We've developed plant-based and gluten-free recipes to ensure everyone can take part in the full depth of the Korean culinary experience, starting with the staple – kimchi!"
Materials and ingredients will be provided so all you need to bring is yourself 😊 Refreshments and snacks will also be provided.
Meet members from the community, learn how to use kimchi in a savoury pancake recipe, and take home a 1L jar of vegan kimchi to enjoy 🌶️
